This is massive – Thermion 2 is here! We are happy to introduce you the 2nd generation of Thermion thermal imaging riflescopes with 3 new models in the line: Thermion 2 XQ 38, Thermion 2 XQ50 and Thermion 2 XP50. What’s new?
🔹 SENSORS. Thermion 2 XP50 offers a new top-class 640×480/17µm thermal imaging sensor with ground-breaking temperature sensitivity (NETD lower than 25 mK) enabling detection of the smallest temperature differences. Thermion 2 XQ38 and XQ50 have a 384×288/17µm thermal imaging sensor with high temperature sensitivity (NETD lower than 40 mK).
🔹 LENSES. All Thermion 2 models have newly developed fast aperture germanium optics F/1.0 with improved heat energy transmissivity. This means, that new objective lens allowed us to boost image quality even more by improving contrast and lowering noise. And in combination with advanced sensors, the new optics enable clear visualization of the small details of observed objects with Thermion 2 as well as landscape features and small vegetation in the harshest weather conditions.
