THE NEW PULSAR AXION XQ38 LRF

THERMAL OBSERVATION TOOLS THAT ARE NEXT LEVEL

The engraved, accurate laser rangefinder delivers an exact measurement of distance and includes two modes: one-time measurement at the push of a switch and “scanning” mode, where the rangefinder detects constantly and provides instant distance information in a more changing situation.

The Axion XQ sensor, with a resolution of 384 × 288 @ 17 µm and with a NETD of 40 mK, allows flawless detail detection even under the most extreme climate situations, because where thermal contrast is minimal. During rainfall, haze, or frigid morning, the tiniest temperature changes will be plainly noticeable. These are the most challenging circumstances for thermal instrument measurements.

Magnesium alloy frame that is light and strong.

The body made from magnesium alloy has a high degree of system stiffness and strength. The monocular’s low weight makes it an excellent choice for lengthy shifts when light and convenient equipment is required.

More than 1300 meter detection scope:

The combination of a powerful F38 / 1.2 lens and a high-sensitivity thermal sensor measuring 384 × 288 @ 17µm gives remarkable scanning capacities. In perfect darkness and ideal circumstances, a typical site that is 180 cm tall may be found at a distance of up to 1350 m.

Tech for Picture Improvement:

Image Boost technology that is Pulsar’s patent comprises software algorithms that improve picture sharpness and all image details. Image Boost enhances the device’s capabilities by producing a crisper, more contrasted, and detailed image.

IPX7 water-resistance:

IPX7 water-resistance: IPX7 water-resistance protects against severe rain and snowfall. The device is intended to operate even after 30 minutes of submerging in a maximum of 1 m. of water.

Additional characteristics include:

AMOLED panel with full color and HD resolution

The improved HD screen offers a clear, highly colored range of view with strong contrast. AMOLED tech produces visuals that are perfect and high-resolution.

The B-Pack small APS5 battery system includes the following components: On a single charge, the quickly replaceable high-capacity Li-Ion battery provides 7 operating hours. The combination of quick and easy battery change and immediate start-up guarantees uninterrupted observation. An external power source can be a basic power bank linked through a USB Type-C connection.

Observation modes:

Visual enhancement must be done according to the environment’s location and climate characteristics. The temperature in the peaks, towns, and woods varies. Some parameters are tuned and organized into multiple profiles in order to produce the greatest available image resolution. As a consequence, it’s a lot easier to optimize photos under various settings.

Color palettes:

The eight-color palette makes it easier to observe in a range of situations. Whereas the traditional “White Hot” mode is incredibly adaptable, “Hot Black” is frequently favored for nighttime detection. “Red Monochrome” aims to minimize the displays of strong brightness. Sepia is frequently used to increase long-scope observation, whereas Rainbow, Ultramarine, and Red-hot are used to ease temperature variations between various portions of an object’s observations. Violet aids in the faster identification of items.

Variable digital zoom from 3.5x up to 14x:

Digital zoom with a range of up to 14x improves general object detection across greater distances.
