Miten tilata?

Voit tehdä tilauksen painamalla OSTA-painiketta, joka sijaitsee oikealla haluamasi tuotteen hinnan alapuolella. Ehdot ja toimitus

Thermaldevices.eu ottaa tilauksia vastaan kaikkina vuorokauden aikoina ja käsittelee niitä joka arkipäivä klo 9:00-16:00. Tilaukset toimitetaan asiakkaan ilmoittamaan osoitteeseen tai pyynnöstä kuriiripalvelun toimistoon 1-3 työpäivän kuluessa.

Thermal Device Ltd. pidättää oikeuden muuttaa toimitusaikaa ilmoittamalla muutoksesta ajoissa TILAAJALLE / ASIAKKAALLE.

Toimitushinta lasketaan Speedyn kyseisen maan tariffien mukaan. Toimituksen määrä on asiakkaan kustannuksella ja se voidaan laskea osoitteessa: http://www.speedy.bg/calculate/. Tilattu tavara toimitetaan asianmukaisessa pakkauksessa sen eheyden ja turvallisen kuljetuksen varmistamiseksi. Jos ennakoimattomat olosuhteet johtavat viivästyksiin tilauksen toteuttamisessa, asiakkaalle ilmoitetaan siitä hyvissä ajoin hänen ilmoittamaansa yhteystietopuhelinnumeroon.

Jos toimitus viivästyy kuriiripalvelun virheestä johtuen, Thermal Device Ltd. ei ole velkaa asiakkaalle korvausta tai rangaistusta, koska se puolestaan pidättää oikeuden kieltäytyä tilauksesta.

Jos asiakas ei tarjoa pääsyä ja edellytyksiä tavaroiden toimittamiseksi hänen ilmoittamaansa toimitusosoitteeseen, Thermaldevices.eu vapautuu velvollisuudestaan suorittaa pyydetty toimitus.

 

 

Jos tavaran ulkonäössä, pakkauksen eheydessä tai pakkauksen kunnossa ja tuotteiden määrässä havaitaan rikkomuksia, ota yhteyttä kuriiriin, joka on velvollinen laatimaan raportin vahingoista / katoamisesta / häviämisestä / lähetyksen katoamisesta / puuttumisesta.

Ostosten palauttaminen

Terms and delivery

Thermaldevices.eu accepts orders at any time of the day and processes them every working day from9:00 to 16: 00. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer or upon request in the office of the courier company, within 1 to 3 working days. Thermal Device Ltd. reserves the right to change the delivery timebyinformingtheBUYER / CLIENT in a timely manner about the change. The delivery price is calculated according to Speedy’s tariffs for the country. The amount of delivery is at the expense of the customer and can be calculated at : http://www.speedy.bg/calculate/. The ordered goods are delivered in appropriate packaging to ensure its integrity and safe transportation . In the presence of unforeseen circumstances leading to delays in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the contact phone number provided. In case of untimely delivery, due to the fault of the courier company, Thermal Device Ltd. does not owe compensation or penalty to the customer, as he in turn reserves the right to refuse the order. If the customer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by him , Thermaldevices.eu is released from its obligation to perform the requested delivery. Return purchases

Our refund and returns policy last between 7 to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
