Terms and delivery
Thermaldevices.eu accepts orders at any time of the day and processes them every working day from9:00 to 16: 00. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer or upon request in the office of the courier company, within 1 to 3 working days. Thermal Device Ltd. reserves the right to change the delivery timebyinformingtheBUYER / CLIENT in a timely manner about the change. The delivery price is calculated according to Speedy’s tariffs for the country. The amount of delivery is at the expense of the customer and can be calculated at : http://www.speedy.bg/calculate/. The ordered goods are delivered in appropriate packaging to ensure its integrity and safe transportation . In the presence of unforeseen circumstances leading to delays in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the contact phone number provided. In case of untimely delivery, due to the fault of the courier company, Thermal Device Ltd. does not owe compensation or penalty to the customer, as he in turn reserves the right to refuse the order. Return purchases
