Description
ThermTec Cyclops 635L 3.0 Thermal Monocular with Laser Rangefinder
640 × 512 thermal sensor, 35 mm F0.8 lens and integrated 1,000 m laser rangefinder
ThermTec Cyclops 635L 3.0 is a handheld thermal imaging monocular for hunting, wildlife monitoring and outdoor observation. It combines a 640 × 512 thermal sensor with 12 μm pixel pitch, a 35 mm F0.8 objective lens and a 50 Hz refresh rate.
The Cyclops 635L 3.0 provides 2.6× base magnification and continuous digital zoom from 1× to 4×. Its field of view covers 21.9 × 17.6 m at 100 m, helping you scan open areas and follow moving subjects.

ThermTec specifies a thermal detection range of up to 1,800 m. The integrated laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1,000 m.
Main Features
640 × 512 Thermal Sensor
The sensor captures thermal detail across 640 × 512 pixels. ThermTec describes the series with NETD <15 mK sensitivity and lists 15 mK in its technical specifications.

Thermal sensitivity helps distinguish small temperature differences between a subject and its surroundings. Weather and thermal contrast affect the image you observe.
Wide Field of View
The 35 mm F0.8 lens delivers a 12.5° × 10° field of view. Combined with 2.6× base magnification, this supports scanning and observation across a wider area.
Integrated Laser Rangefinder
The built in laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1,000 m, with a stated accuracy of ±1 m.
Laser ranging provides distance information. The separate 1,800 m thermal detection specification describes noticing a heat source rather than identifying an animal’s species.
Thermal Super Resolution
Thermal Super Resolution processes the image to support detail during digital zoom. The 1× to 4× digital zoom enlarges the displayed image while the detector’s native resolution remains 640 × 512 pixels.
1600 × 1200 AMOLED Display

The 0.5 inch AMOLED display presents the thermal image at 1600 × 1200 resolution. Six colour palettes, Forest and Rainy modes, and picture in picture offer different ways to view the scene.
ThermTec AI Calibration
ThermTec AI Calibration adapts image correction to changing conditions, reducing shutter calibration frequency and image interruptions. Automatic and manual calibration options are available.

Recording and Connectivity
The Cyclops 635L 3.0 supports photo and video recording, playback and 64 GB of internal storage.
Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity supports mobile app remote control. USB-C handles battery charging and data transfer.
Replaceable 18650 Battery
The device operates with one rechargeable 18650 battery at a time. The model’s technical specification lists 6 hours of battery life.

A spare battery lets you continue observation after replacing the depleted battery. Runtime depends on operating conditions and settings.

Compact Design for Field Observation
The monocular supports one-handed operation and weighs 435 ±5 g. Its IP67 protection rating and operating temperature range from −20°C to +50°C suit outdoor observation.
