Firmware update 3.3: ballistic calculations for Thermion devices without LRF and Bulgarian language
Pulsar introduces a new firmware update version 3.3 that adds the capability for ballistic calculations in Thermion 2 thermal scopes without a built-in laser range finder.
The following Thermion 2 models are compatible with the new firmware:
- Thermion 2 XP50 Pro
- Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro
- Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro
- Thermion 2 XG50
After introducing several new ballistic updates to the LRF scopes, Pulsar has prepared an update that truly changes the rules of the game. With the new firmware version, the brand adds Bluetooth technology for the Thermion 2 line of thermal scopes without LRF.
This way, you’ll be able to connect your non-laser rangefinder to the Stream Vision Ballistics app, create up to 10 ballistic profiles and upload them to the scope.
After uploading the profiles, disconnect from the program, go to the long menu of the device and select one of the profiles. Then go to the shortcut menu and manually enter the preferred distance to the target.
Ballistic calculations will now be performed in the thermal sight and the corrected point of aim will be displayed on the screen. Experience the new standard in modern hunting!
In addition, you will be able to connect your Thermion 2 to the remote via Bluetooth. It duplicates the basic buttons and functions of the thermal scope.
